TALKING

When the boys wake up in the morning or after naps we often go in to find them just like this. Each one in the far corner of their crib, closest to their brother. They will stand together like this "talking" while they wait for us to come in & get them up. It really warms my heart & I am so glad that Josh captured this moment on film.

NANNY & PAPA'S HOUSE

Logan & the legos... what a big boy!

Jack's face when Nanny walked in the room.

Jack was loving Papa's hat. What a cutie!

Here's Logan giving Nanny a snuggle.

Then it was Logan's turn with Papa's hat. He wasn't so sure.

My sweet faced Jack.

We spent the evening over at my mom & dad's house so Josh could get some homework done. We had a lot of fun with them, Isaiah & Roxanne. Theboys love to explore new places & spend time with their grandma & grandpa. I am so glad that both our families are here in town. We are very lucky that way.

BYE-BYE

I am so excited I just had to log on and put a post up.

JACK WAVED BYE-BYE!

Josh & Tay were leaving & waving good-bye to the boys and Jack lifted up his adorable, pudgy left hand & waved the cutest wave I have EVER seen! I was so shocked. What a smarty pants!

MY BEAUTIFUL BOY JACK

MY OWN LIBRARY

The boys really love their "library". They pull up on the shelves & take down the books. It is so adorable to see them sitting over there together "reading". I hope this love of books continues!

RECYCLING

We put our recycling by the back door and the boys love to play with the cardboard boxes best. They're better than any toy in their basket! Here are some shots of Jack enjoying Daddy's recent UPS delivery of some cable wire for the computer. So silly.

I DO IT MYSELF!!!

I am proud to report that this week I cared for Logan & Jack in the evenings ALL BY MYSELF! I usually have help from those around me (The lovely Lisa Miller, my sister, mom or other selfless people). But I really wanted to see if I could do it on my own and this week it worked out. It went really well. We went on walks, read books, practiced crawling and sang a lot of songs. I love being their mom so much!

TWICE IN A ROW!?!

We were lucky enough to have sun for two afternoons in a row. That meant two fabulous walks on the waterfront. It was so nice to get out of the house.

March 2008

This time last year I was 25 weeks pregnant with the boys. I began having baby showers (Yes, showers plural- I had 5!) and had experienced my first gallbladder attack. I feel like that was ages upon ages ago. I am so thankful that the pregnancy was a success & I have two healthy sons. It's so much fun for me to look back!
