Today I decided it was time for Wyatt to try some baby food.
He'll be six months next week, and that window is rapidly closing.
His brothers were very (very!) excited about the idea.
When I set out the Puffs on his tray, Jack tried to hand one to Wyatt, saying, "Here, try this!"
Logan took matters into his own hands when Wyatt couldn't feed himself, and put it right in his mouth for him.
Wyatt played with it on his tongue for a while and then would push it back out again.
He did the same with the rice cereal.
"He doesn't like it," the twins concluded.
Mom & I had to tell them that he's just learning. That he likes to feel it with his tongue, and that's what pushes the food out. They were adamant that he didn't like it.
By the looks of his face, you'd think they were right, but actually, he did really well for his first time. And can I just say that feeding & cleaning up one baby is very easy?!?
I bet (the clean up part)! He's such a sweet little chubby buddy!
ReplyDeleteHe's just the most beautiful baby! I love how excited the big brothers were for him eat!
ReplyDeleteHaha, they're his little cheerleaders! His plaid shirt is so cute, btw. Happy (almost) half-birthday Wyatt!
