Moses Lake :: Family Reunion

After a morning on the road, and an afternoon cooling off in our hotel room, we were ready to face the heat (107 degrees) at our family get together.  

Joining us was Josh's aunt & uncle (his dad's sister & her husband) and their five kids.  

Januari, Jake, Allison, Nathan & Zach.  

Januari has two beautiful kids-- Juliane (named after Josh's sister, my bff, Julie) and Jay (who has the most beautiful red hair I have ever seen).  Jake has a son named Tommy who has beautiful eyes.  Allison has two babes-- Aubrey & little Jameson (whom I wanted to steal), and just became the stepmom of four amazing kids who were so kind at the gathering.  Nathan, who flew from Texas with his wife Dunnette & little one Caleb, to see us, was the reason for the get together. Their little Caleb is so stinking cute, my boys adore him!  Nathan's full name is Nathanial, which is where Wyatt gets his middle name.  Nathan & Dunnette are expecting their second, another son, and plan to name him Gabriel Joshua, after Josh, returning the favor of love & adoration.  Zach is yet to marry or have kids!  He's footloose and fancy free.

We spent most of our time just like this, sitting around visiting.  It was so nice to catch up after more than a year away from everybody.  We also took advantage of the beautiful surroundings to do some impromptu family photos.
