Happiest of Birthdays

All our boys were born in June. The twins were born June 6th and Wyatt June 15th, so when it comes to birthday parties, we tend to just throw one big one.  This year was no different.  Wyatt chose a Paw Patrol pinata & the cake flavor, as well as the candles (stars for brothers, lego ones for himself) and we asked my sister to throw together some fun party games for all the boys to enjoy.

The day turned out just as I envisioned.  Lots of people gathered together to celebrate those great kids turning eight and five, eating pizza & enjoying cake while visiting with each other.  I couldn't have been happier, and neither could our boys.

It's been a big year for them, being away from Josh, becoming big brothers of a sweet little sister, and planning a move away from here come fall... But through it all, they've had the best attitudes and resilience.  They have been flexible and willing to help, especially those older two, and I'm so proud of them!

Logan, Jack & Wyatt, I have loved every minute of being your mom.  From the moment you were placed in my arms, I was hooked.  I love each of you so fiercely, so differently, that I know God knew exactly what He was doing when he put three little boys in my life.  I needed every one of you to teach me all the lessons I need to learn.  The hardest one so far? Letting you grow.

"I'll love you forever,
I'll like you for always...
As long as I'm living,
my baby you'll be."
