The first thing we did on the 4th was join Josh's mom's neighborhood parade. The boys decorated their bikes & rode with their cousins in it. They had so much fun!

{Logan}
He spent a majority of the day like this,
with his ears plugged.
{Josh & I}
We pushed Wyatt in his stroller for the parade.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After the parade, yummy pizza lunch with the Cunningham's and some fun outside, we headed over to my mom's house to visit with my dad's brother Steve who flew in from Texas to see us & his parents.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We decided skip naps to make the most of the festivities, and on the drive to Aunt Julie's house in Battle Ground, both boys fell asleep.

After the parade, visiting Steve, and a quick stop at the firework stand, we headed to Julie's to swim, BBQ & enjoy the gorgeous weather. We had oh-so-much fun!

All three of Julie's boys are so amazing with Logan & Jack. They are super patient, play well with them and have such high tolerance for their often obnoxious behavior!
------------------------------------------------------------
This is Wyatt's favorite way to sit.
It doesn't look very comfortable,
but he's always happiest like that.
Big yawn!
Wyatt chillin' with Daddy
I love this one.
He is such a little buddy!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After swimming, playing in the yard, eating the most delicious burgers & watching Curious George, we headed out front to roast marshmallows on their fire pit.
Logan mostly only wanted the chocolate!
Logan roasting his marshmallow...
It's serious business!
I spent most of my day like this,
breastfeeding Wyatt.
Alvin chowing on his smore!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After eating marshmallows, we started the fireworks. Josh found these great noise reducing headphones at Harbor Freight for only $6 each. They were a lifesaver since the boys are so sensitive to noise.
Logan in his Buzz & Woody chair, ready for the action to begin!
Ethan thoroughly enjoyed setting off fireworks for us.
{Logan, Mommy & Jack}
By the time we got to the fireworks, the boys were exhausted.
We managed to have a good time anyway.
{Isaac}
He was wishing he could set off fireworks like his big brother!!!

They bounced from lap to lap.

I love those boys...
We loved watching the fireworks together.
It was the perfect way...
to end the perfect day!

What a great idea, the bike parade, I love it. My goodness I can hardly believe how big Wyatt is getting already, and Jack and Logan they are so big now, little people all ready.
What a DAY! Fun, fun! I like Rebecca's old school bike with the basket, how cute. And maybe Logan will be a s'more lover like his auntie Roxanne... ;) That picture of him roasting is seriously adorable!
And you and Josh look so happy and cute in the picture of you two! <3
It was such a great 4th! I'm so glad we got to spend it together, and that I got to snuggle Wyatt so much :)
